| time is zipping by.
days disappear.
spent the 4th at the river in north carolina with one of my favorite families on this planet.
have been doing lots of drawing and feel productive.
also wrote a few new songs on a magical borrowed guitar.
recording to commence soon.
tonight we will be pirates.

| let me tell you about the past few days.
i finished a new book about a robot with over-due library books.
then i drove to philly and picked up one of my best pals.
then we explored pennsylvania and new jerseys back roads and wooded areas.
we found some amazing places.
met some folks in colonial garb too.
then we had sushi and fun times in connecticut with kyle and his new friend tina.
then there were visits with ben and sean in windsortown.
after that there was a trek into the big apple.
that was immediately followed by some big time hanging out with long time friends, as well as lots of comic book reading.
then i got an agent.
that's pretty sweet.
then we met the aquabats.
that was pretty sweet too.
then there was exploring of the new york city streets with toby, dalton, dave, and raina.
and then there was a train ride back to connecticut.
family visit, then tomfoolery with the kochan clan.
kerry made us laugh a lot.
the next morning was an epic journey south bound with my little sister.
we stopped at lake walenpaupack.
then at paws and claws animal park, high in the mountains.
there were lions, tigers, and bears.
oh my.
a tiger tried to pee on me.
then there was antiquing on the eastern shores of virginia.
now it is today.
my dad is coming to hang out for fathers day weekend and to take cara back home to new england.
and amber is working at the beach so hopefully we can visit a bit this afternoon.

| at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 this morning, the time was 01:02:03 on 04/05/06.
that's kinda neat.
it's 2:00am now and i'm about to hit the proverbial hay.
